Hierarchy Batch

Run many root customers against one Account Summary CSV and download the parent/child structure as an Excel workbook.

Account Summary CSV

The zone's Account Summary export (e.g. Classic). Must contain "Account" and "Parent Account" columns. Capacity / User Count / Service Type are included in the output when present.

Root customers to analyze

Provide the tenant account names either by pasting them, by uploading a list file, or both. Names are matched exactly first, then case-insensitively.

Everything is included by default. Untick what you don't need.

Sheets

Accounts — every account in each customer tree Parents — only accounts that have children Not Found — unmatched names with similar-name hints

Columns

Accounts per level — Summary: one column per depth level User Count / Capacity — root and subtree totals; needs those CSV columns Service Type — needs that CSV column Nested under requested root — flags customers inside another listed customer All other CSV columns — Plan, dates, Token Count, etc. on the Accounts sheet

What you get

Summary sheet: one row per requested customer with match status, structure (parent only / one level / multi-level), levels below root, direct children, total descendants, accounts per level, and capacity / user count totals.
Accounts sheet: every account in each customer's tree with its parent, level, direct child count and descendant count.
Parents sheet: only the accounts that have children, with their child counts.
Not Found sheet: requested names that did not match, with similar account names to help fix the list.

The Summary sheet is also shown on screen as a sortable, filterable table. Use the output options above to drop sheets or column groups, or to pull every remaining CSV column into the Accounts sheet.
