Aggregate recursive authentication method data across STA tenant hierarchies.

Must contain "Account" and "Parent Account" columns

Required CSV Structure

Columns 1-4 should be: Account, Parent Account, and two additional columns.

Columns 5-16 should contain the authentication method data (up to 12 dynamic columns). The column headers will be used as-is in the output.

The output CSV will contain Company Name, Parent Name, plus all authentication columns with cumulative totals.
